PRIVACY

We only require the data strictly necessary to perform our task, making sure that they are adequate, relevant, not excessive and limited to the relationship with the purposes for which they are processed. In order to keep the data updated as long as the relationship is maintained, the interested party must communicate any change needed.

Once the service is completed, the data will be deleted accordingly. We never request or receive personal data processed by our customers. We only process the contact data of our clients and those they designate in their company structures as long as it is strictly necessary to fulfill our task.

PROTECTION

We take care of the data of our customers, employees and service providers. We do not share your data unless you have given us your consent and it is necessary for the performance of the task entrusted to us. In this case, we will inform you, when requesting your consent, with which service provider we will share your data.

We also inform you that, under certain circumstances, and always protected by law, your data may be transferred to public agencies and / or administrations, for example, at the request of the tax authorities, or at the request of a court, either at the request of a party (eg, for a breach of contract), or at the request of the authority referred to.

The information provided to us by our customers about their data processing is confidential. We sign confidentiality clauses with all our employees and service providers to protect your data and information.

We use secure platforms to work and in case of sharing personal data or sensitive information with suppliers or customers we also do it in a secure way. Our operations are located in Argentina and Spain, both countries considered secure for data transfer. We only transfer data between both countries.

We inform the data subject(s) that appropriate technical and organizational measures will be implemented to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in order to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, processed and/or retained.

YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM

Access to your personal data and know those that are being processed.
Rectify the data that are inaccurate or request deletion, when among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or when you withdraw the consent given.
Request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case only the data necessary to fulfill the purpose of the contract will be kept.
Exercise the portability of the data, which will be delivered in a structured, commonly used or machine-readable format, so that it can be delivered to another processor.
You may at any time revoke your consent for any of the processing for which you have given it. This will not apply to personal data that we need to fulfill the contract that binds us.
You may file a complaint, initiate personal data protection proceedings before the Application Authority (in the case of Spain, before the Spanish Data Protection Agency or AEPD www.agpd.es), or exercise habeas data action in case we fail to comply with the Personal Data Protection Law.
